Deleting Training Statuses
Training statuses can only be deleted from SmartSolve if the training status has not been attached to any SmartSolve record.
- From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab > Setup and Policy > Setup.
- In the Training Management section, click Training Status.
Result: The Training Statuses list window is displayed.
- Check the checkbox of the training status to delete.
- Click Action > Delete.
- Click the Save button.
Result: The training status has been deleted.
